If your order delivery times exceed our displayed timeframe by 14 business days, you may contact us, and we will gladly send a replacement order or issue a full refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages: is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the entered address for an order. Upon request, Jubiishop will confirm delivery to the specified address, delivery date, tracking information, and shipping company information for the customer to investigate.
